Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get Immunotherapy or can point me in the right direction to a good allergist in the Sanbon/Beomgye/Anyang areas. Thanks.

The International Clinic near Sinsa Station has an Allergist. The Allergist is Korean, but the International Clinic doctors all speak excellent English and will translate everything you say to the Korean allergist. |

I have visited two different Korean doctors for my chronic allergies. I recommend looking for the letters "ENT" on the sign, which is for "Ear Nose Throat". Both ENT doctors I've visited speak pretty good English and have no trouble understanding me when I describe my symptoms. I'm actually happier with the Korean doctors than I ever was with my allergist back in the states.
Depending on where you live, there is bound to be a local ENT doctor somewhere nearby. My doctor offers immunotherapy as well as other treatments that I don't know exactly what they are. (There's a red light that you hold up to your ear for 3 minutes when you have an earache, for some reason, and I've also used a nebulizer-type thing there when I had a really bad cold.)
I can't remember the name on the sign for the doctor I'm currently seeing (this one is all in Korean, without the "ENT"), but my coteacher helped me find the clinic the first time. If you don't have a Korean coteacher or friend to go with you, you could probably at least have them write down the Korean word for "ENT" or "allergist".
Hope that helps! |

I've been going to the Seoul National University Bundang Hospital...

They're pretty cheap, and really nice nurses/doctors. I always have a pleasant visit when attending.
Hope this helps someone in the future |
