I received my notification # via e-mail from the school and am ready to mail my documents to the Korean consulate in Chicago. There is no place on the application where the notification # goes. Also, there's a place on the application that asks for "classification" and the choices are DP, OF and OR. What does that mean? Finally, is the cashier's check made out to Korean Consulate??? Help. Hurry. Help

Ok as far as your choices go, you want to choose OR for Original - I had the same question when I was filling out my application a while ago.
There is no spot on the application for the number. What I did was print off my visa issuance number, and my information on a separate page, and mailed it with the application form.
The check is made out to the Korean consulate.
This process only has to be as stressful as you make it to be. Hope everything goes smoothly for you Smile

When I sent my application they said to just write the number on the top of the form and I had no problems.

I have my visa expiditer handle all this: g3visas.com Costs some bucks, but they hand deliver my papers to the Cosulate and do everything for me. Nice to have an actual person working in your corner.
