| could any one tell me what employers mean by sealed university transcripts? i have no idea, is this an American thing? i have never heard of them but see they are a requirement. is anybody there who knows whether they are obtainable from Brititsh Uni's i.e. Liverpool e.g. jon[/quote] |

| Just e-mail your academic office at uni asking for sealed transcripts with a signature and stamp over the seal. the university will know what you mean. |

it is a unversity-generated accounting of all you did, your transcripts. and the key is that they are sealed, in an envelope, assuring that you have not "tampered" with or altered the records.
