I don't blame you.
Man, it would be interresting to see the full video of the actual landing, not the one seen on TV. I remember the night Apollo 11 landed; I was just a kid, but I was a space program fanatic, and I asked my parents to wake me up so that I could watch the first moon walk, which was broadcast live at 1am Atlantic Standard Time. I remember being so pissed off at my parents because they didn't bother to wake me up.
I remember also that there wasn't much good video coverage of the Apollo moon walks until Apollo 14. During Apollo 12, one of the astronauts accidentally pointed the video camera at the sun for a second, burning it out. |
