no way. that can't be the only reason there is a $130 increase. |

LEGALLY, you are not supposed to sell an OEM version of Windows without an accompanying computer.
That said, if you buy one, it is a genuine legal copy of windows -- the person selling it could get in trouble.
Furthermore, the OEM disk is likely just a disk and a card with your cdkey on it whereas the other version probably has a box and a manual as well. |
