Does anyone know if the same types of plugs used in Korea are used in Japan? |

I believe Japan do not use the international standard voltage and plugs but the non-standard US voltage and plugs. |

Japan uses the same plugs as the U.S. / Canada but have a different voltage. The U.S. is 60 cycles per second, but Japan is 50 cycles per second. You will need to buy a power transformer to use some devices there. |
