It's so nice to see that marketing genius is alive and well in the Korean Hotel industry.
In case you're wondering where you get your orgasm service??...
And if that weren't enough...
But, the most useless of all...
Maybe they should include a KONGLISH COMPREHENSION SERVICE?!>?

What's funny is that this:
Is their translation for this:
(Although my orgasms are always impressive. Ba-da-bing!) |

What would be the correct translation of that? |

It wouldn't be a phrase used in English but something like:
"Introduction To(Information On) Our Impressive Customer Services" |

I'm still trying to figure out what that Dolphin service is all about.
Is it like the smiles at McDonalds? |

Another quote in the meantime:
| Quote: |
| Our hotel, making utmost effort to become the most polite hotel with the pride that we revived the hotel that was on the verge of collapse, will lead the way of opening up the "era of maximum customer satisfaction in the future" without settling for the customer satisfaction of the past, today and tomorrow. If our customers continue to encourage and admonish us with encouraging words and whip, we promise you that we will establish management that is with our customers. We feel that you will be guaranteed satisfaction since we embrace sincerity. |
Don't read too quickly. You might miss it. |

Can't find an explanation for "Dolphin Services" on either the Korean or English pages.
Diagnosis: It's a ghey name for their ghey services that probably does appeal to their Korean client base in some weird way. |

I do believe that "customer orgasms" is exactly how Korean companies would like translated, if they could only get away with it.
Over-the-top rhetoric about pleasing customers is getting scary. Expectations are being set too high. "High customer satisfaction" isn't
enough anymore, now we need "delighted" customers who are "raving zealots" for the brand. So what's next? Customer orgasms.
Company: So tell us what you want, what you really really want
Customer: Yo, I'll tell you want I want, what I really really want
I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna really
really really wanna -- a customer orgasm, please. |

| So then the Dolphin Service is their way of sensationalizing their rooms maybe... a pleasant metaphor for caging you in a small, dirty space and have you jump through hoops while the locals gawk and point? |

| I stayed there a few times. It was a nice spot with a good view of the sea on the right side of the building. |
