Hi, I have used this travel agent several times and have had really good service, and cheap flights. I have used them 3 times to China. They have picked up my visas (both tourist and working) for 50,000 and 60,000 respectively. The female manager speaks English and is there until around 6.30 each evening and some Saturday mornings. It's located at the back of Samsung Plaza. Go up the escalator from the plaza entrance, go out the doors of the shopping plaza, turn left and follow the path around until you are on the bridge. On your left is a small shopping complex. Double glass doored entrance. Go through the first set of glass doors and the travel agents door is directly to your right. You can see them working from the pathway outside. Ground floor. It's called MODE TOUR (or Mode Air and Travel Co. Ltd). Green logo.
