You only need a LOR if you are planning to come back and work legally.
Criminals do not need documentation to break the law.
To get back in you only need to have a ticket out within the timeframe of your visa waiver stamp or C class visa. |

What's your ARC number? I can help speed up the process. |

No to mention that living here for an extended period (over a few months) on a tourist visa and just doing privates will not raise any suspicisions with immigration...in fact they will send you a fruit basket with a hallmark card to welcome you back.
Also, think about what you are doing here...asking about working illegally on a public internet forum...
Better leave a packed suitcase with spare cash near your bed when you come back...me thinks you will need it. |

although I don't condone it, the number of people I've met who have been doing the same thing the op wants to do (some for years on end) astounds me. |

That is true I_Am_Wrong,
I also know many people doing this. I also know many people got busted doing this.
It is up to the OP to roll the dice on this one. He just needs to be ready to pay the piper should he come calling. No crying, no whining, no complaining...he wants to take the chance and work illegally...so be it. |
