I used to get back pain pretty bad, and even popped a disc in my back about a year ago. For years my workout routine consisted of free weights and cardio but very little stretching, so my hamstrings got too tight and it pulled my spine out of alignment.
Months later it healed and I do lots of stretching now. I also found doing the bridge (scroll down- third picture) helped a lot. |
