Most web hosts guarantee "99% uptime" which sounds great, but still shakes out to a few hours of downtime a month.

I don't think the last two posters understand the seriousness of the situation: it clearly deserved a WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?.
Maybe even a: HMFJTDWiTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
