It basically says "Our little festival is very small, but the bands hope to speak to the world and foster the exchange of ideas. Takes place from 6 pm Saturday to 6 am Sunday at the Paju Heiri Outdoor Performance Center. Contact the Munhwa Yeondae Cultural Center for information at 773-7707. Costs 15,000 won at the gate or 12,000 if you pre-register. Directions: From Hapjeong Station, in front of the #1 and #2 exits buses 200 and 2200 leave for Heiri at 20-30 minute intervals."
