Cheers, Hanson. BTW, does your Dave's name tie in with a Canadian movie I recently watched about some... it was some sort of phony hockey team, and they were meant to lose all their matches against another team, and it was all some sort of exhibition show, unrelated to real professional hockey? And there were these brothers who all looked alike and wore these thick-rimmed glasses, like in your avatar, and.... I _think_ they were called the Hanson brothers? And they won a lottery and bought the .... I can't remember how it ended. I don't even remember the name of the movie.
Jessiaka, please note the thread title. Says "dogs". Not "rats". |

It's actually an American movie, starring Paul Newman, called Slapshot. The description you gave is a bit off, but you got the gist of it. Greatest hockey movie ever made!
Ok, people, carry on with the mutts! |

Close. I searched & found the movie, which I half watched & half slept through on late-night TV. It was called Slap Shot 2.
From the wiki:
A much-derided direct-to-video sequel, Slap Shot 2: Breaking the Ice, was filmed in 2002. |

I would like to introduce our dog Coco. She's a couple of weeks old here in this picture, which was taken by my late brother who thought he'd try taking a photo lying down.
Everyone loved this photo! |

| Yes, Eamo, I do think there's a bit of schnauzer in her. (Along with bit of this, a bit of that, and few more bits of something else...) Whenever I take her to a new vet and they ask her breed (or I have to fill in the card) I usually say "Songbuk-dong terrier". Or sometimes "... terrorist" if I'm in that mood. |
