One of my co-workers showed me two sites today, one was a secret site that had Korean girls who posted photos of their foreign boyfriends. I could not believe it, they were just like soap operas, my friend kept telling me about the couples like she knew them, and the stories were kind of like comparing guys, and just telling secrets and stuff (I guess you have got to register to access it) But some of the photos surprised me, and my co worker said many Korean women log on just out of curiosity! You guys might want to check it out, to see if your photo is there! There are ALOT of couples! My friend said most guys dont know about this site!

Oh.........the second site was a place where people can complain about bad teachers and stuff, I was curious about it, it was fun reading about some bad teachers, and what they do!

White man fetish, Asian girl fetish... Do we have to keep calling those things "fetishes"? I mean, why should a preference for women of a certain culture or race land me (and possibly most expat males in Korea) in the same category as toe-suckers & talisman-wearers? Doesn't seem accurate or nice. |

Yeah, not like it bothers me at all!
If a female was after me just because my skin is white, well, that's fine with me.
She just better not put me on a website that will get me in trouble when other females who like me because I'm white are after me too... |

Theres plenty others who refuse to date foreigners. Which is more lame?
How korean to share the secrets and intimate confidences of someone close to you with everyone else. Putting photos of your lover up on the internet without their consent? Probably quite hurtful to some. Telling a Korean "this is a secret, please don't tell anyone" is virtually garanteeing the whole of Korea will know in no time at all.
Why does everything, including someones private life, have to be exposed and answerble to the group at large? This lack of privacy is quite a feature of korea. maybe they just do it to foreigners because they're all so curious about us, I dunno. |
