being a vegetable.

I have the "pull the plug" clause in my will, but my family being quite Christian, I hope they wouldn't fight it.

1. Spiders. Not so much a fear as they just really creep me out. If I see one, I think there is another one somewhere on me.
2. Plane crash. Nuff said.
3. Elevators. Since I moved to Korea, I have developed an irrational fear of elevators. Something about the cable snapping and elevator dropping me to my death.

here's a list of phobias (some pretty weird stuff on there- my fave is fear of the naked mole rat): http://phobialist.com/

I only fear one thing now, but it's a bit of a paranoia, so I'll shut up about it....

This is weird, but I think it'd be exciting to die in a plane crash. Everyone thinks I'm crazy, and yes, I have seen the movie (Alive?) about that crash in the Andes. You'd most likely die immediately in a plane crash, so that's why I'm not afraid of it. Dying a long, slow, painful death seems much worse to me- like how some cancer patients, no matter how much morphine they take, they can't get any relief from the pain. *shudder*

Yep, that's one too. Everyone is against doctor assisted suicide until they need it.

Anything that sets off my Vertigo - heights, stairways with lack of handrail or clear space between the steps.

Seaweed. I like eating it but when confronted by it in the ocean it scares the cr@p out of me.

Being beaten up when I've done nothing to deserve it.

Funny how so many of us are afraid of heights/elevators here. Did you develop that fear after coming here, or is it an old thing? Mine is recent.
