Can anyone out there give me a list of cities to avoid because the air pollution is horrible?

I've heard that Seoul is really bad, and Pohang sounds like it's the New Jersey of South Korea. Someone also said that Chuncheon has a lot of yellow dust in the spring.

Any others?
