Hey I live in bundang (seohyeon) and I was wondering if anyone knew about aerobix classes or something. I want to stay in shape but I don't know where to start (other than the gym)...I hate the gym.
Is there anyone with any information? |

I just started using this computer software "Yourself fitness" and I think it is great for aerobic workout. Do a search for it on this thread to see what some others have said. The good part and the bad part about it is that you do it in your home (convenient but asocial). PM me if you want more info about getting it.

| I was looking for more of a social thing. I have a bunch of aerobic DVDs already....thanks anyways. |

In the ENSPO Fitness club they do Pilates, Power Yoga, Taebo and Step aerobics classes. 10-11.30am and 9-10.20pm. Haven't been to the classes, just have the information as I was looking into joining the gym.
It's about 5 min walk from the Outlet 2001 store. If you're not a member, I think the price is from 7000-10000. |
