|
|
Update: I managed to get it working, the automatic configuration utility detected and used the wrong internet connection, but I set it straight.
Here are my friend codes:
Metroid Prime: Hunters
1847
6149
7862
Mario Kart
305020
581204
yo d00ds, I bought a nintendo wi-fi adapter, and I got the adapter installed on my computer correctly, but I can't connect to any servers
It gives me error 52103 every time
I can see my DS in the list of "users connected to this computer" on my comp but it can't get through to the server I guess
I don't have any sort of firewall set up, but I think my crazy korean dsl modem might be blocking something
I can't log into it to check/modify the settings though, which is where I'm hoping maybe one of you can help
I have a subscription called "KT megapass lite" and a "higate" modem
do any of you guys know anything about that?

That is really weird, I have my DS lite and it works great. Hit me up if you want to play mario kart once you get this working.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software? |

I remember having a similar problem - the error code sounds very familiar too. To be honest I'm not sure how I got it working, but after a few hours and a couple of restarts, it managed to connect. Hope you have the same luck!
btw... I was thinking of starting a friends codes thread here, but wasn't too sure if the demand was here... yet. What do you guys think? |

I'm always down for a game of mario kart. I'll post my friend code next time, we should setup a time or email list about when to play. |

I figured it out
It turns out the automatic configuration tried to use the wrong internet connection, but I managed to bludgeon it into proper working order without having to make an attempt at getting tech support with a coworker who doesn't understand computers at all translating
my Mario Kart friend code: 305020 581204
metroid prime: hunters: 1847 6149 7862
I have Tenchu: Dark Shadow too, but I haven't figured out how to play it yet since it's in Japanese, and I'm kinda rusty |
