Battling racism in Korea is a tough job for sure but I don't think it starts by suggesting that Koreans are this or Koreans are that ~ such an approach is hypocritical at best. We've managed to convince the admin of our school that a diverse staff is good thing for the kids and now we hire based on the principle of maximum diversity and cultural exposure. Change is possible, even in Korea, but it takes determination and a measure of diplomacy rather then invectives and too many exclamation marks.

Witty, quite the comedian jeffu. This is a forum, i'm replying to what the guy asked, is their anything wrong with this ad.

I'm not caucasian, this ad pisssed me off so i expressed it.

I'm not out to change anything in this country, maybe i'm wrong here but i can't really see the point in smashing my head repeatedly against immovable objects.

Had you read what i wrote with a little perspective you would have gathered that i was pretty annoyed that these types of job ad's can be posted.

Yeah, i'm bigotted against individuals who would go out of their way to specify a color preference in a job posting in 2006.
