Umm, if you're surveying people over the internet it's not a case study.

And who is 'we'? I hope you're not doing this for academic purposes - your data is going to be completely meaningless.

Strongly agree! (I guess)

The scary thing is that responses from this bizarre survey have the potential to end up actually being used for some purpose or another. The Ministry of Education is probably going to use the data as the basis for future English education policy.
