I'm looking for a cheap DVD player in Seoul. It doesn't need to be super fancy, so long as it will play movies on my TV. Is anyone getting rid of one on the cheap that they'd be willing to pawn off on me? Does anyone know where I could buy a cheap one? I went to my local "discount" store, and the only DVD player they had was 260,000won and they had TV's for about 100,000won less than that.
Seriously, the cheaper the better. I don't need the fancy stuff.

| http://gmarket.co.kr has tons of cheap DVD players. I got one for 50,000 that plays anything and everything that you could throw at it. avi, mpeg, divx, (s)vcd, dvd mp3, etc.... and it came region-free out of the box. |

It even plays Divx movies. You can get an account to the site with your ARC. This is LG's online shopping mall, so you can probably trust them. I've been ordering from here for a while. Never had any problems. The prices here tend to be comparable to those at gmarket and auction.co.kr. |
