I love the potato skin. Not like the loaded ones you get at TGIF's, but when you are just eating a normal potato with butter or whatever. They are great with butter and steak sauce. But, I have eaten with many people, and hardly anyone eats them. What about you? 먹어 or 안먹어? |

I don't know, I typed 먹어 or 안먹어 in the title, and that's what happened. |

I thought you were doing a cubanlord imitation.
In any case, I've always eaten them. |

I think potato skins with butter and salt are best eaten with Korean friends. They don't/won't eat them, so I get lots and lots of the best part of the baked potato. (I've also been known to lick my finger and scoop up the brown peanut skins they leave in bowls.) Hurray for cultural culinary quirks that work to my benefit! |

One of the best food quirks ever is in China (well, that I have seen). A white breast of chicken is considered the bad part. The bone (and fat on one) is considered the expensive part. I would go to the sale bin and buy tons of pure white chicken breasts for under a dollar. I love cultural differences |
