Wouldn't you have to be fluent in Korean (maybe you already are, I'm just wondering)?

There are some English-language programs. I am strongly considering Yonsei's international relations program.

i looked into it.. but to be honest i wouldn't bother, unless you are only interested in working in korea. a degree from one of the SKY universities would serve you very well in this country, but it wouldn't mean a great deal anywhere else. most of us on this board are from the US, UK, canada, etc. which all have better universities than can be found in Korea.
it might be good financially though, since fees and cost of living would be lower, and you could support yourself through privates.
what exactly do you want to study?

While there is a place to note this on the Letter of Acceptance for Immigration, a school or department can say this is not necessary if all instruction is in English.

Thank you, I didn't know that. How do you find the schools that offer graduate programs in English?

I found a good program at Sogang University for International Relations. The whole program is in English. It is a private university with sister colleges in the U.S. A degree is a degree, why would it be any less valuable than one in the U.S., for International Studeis that is?
