hello all. i'm a newbie to this forum. so i'm gonigto get right to it! my situation is i'm finishing off a contract with my school here in korea. i'm not going to give to many details on where, anyhow i was introduced to the school through a friend after a sequence of bad events and in good faith entered a contract and did a visa run etc with them. however, this is the part that may confuse you all as it has confused anyone that i've told about it so far. i started my contract with the school (from august of last year) doing part-time work on the premise that there would be full-time work in september following. however this was delayed until january of which i worked with a visa at which time i was told to sign another contract 'the real contract' with the school from january of this year. which maybe to my stupidity i did. let me also say that i did my visa run etc with no expense to my school maybe again to my stupidity. anyhow afterall of this my contract that i had signed in august last year of course ended and had to be renewed also! hence signing a third! contract with the school, so my question to the forum after all of this is. 'which of the contracts is the 'offically legal' contract and which of the contracts should i adhere to? i just feel so stupid over all of this at this stage and really let down by the school here and by esl teaching in korea in general! help please ! ...
