This is a nice comfortable 11 pyeong modern, clean studio apartment 5 minutes walking from Apgujeong station and a 10 minute walk to designer club california fitness. Nice kitchen area, nice bathroom area. The landlords are really cool and easy going, in fact I don't even need to find someone to take over my lease for them to refund my key money, but I told them I'd help to look for someone since I only stayed 2 months (have to return home).
The rent is paid at the END of the month which is 450,000 with 5mil down. If you have less saved up, I'm sure you can negotiate something (480,000 with 2mil?) The best thing is there is no apartment fees like is somewhat common (sometimes 30k -40k a month in the apgu area) and you don't need to pay a real estate agent and they do provided a contract, but are quite wealthy and decent people, so I doubt there'd be much trouble.
The location is prime and living in apgujeong has been a treat, the people and quality of life just seems better (I used to live elsewhere).
If you are at all interested, I need to move out on the morning of the 29th of September, so anytime after that is fine.

If you would need things like a queen bed, a huge wooden wardrobe, a full-length wooden entertainment dresser? nightstand cabinets, tv, dvd player, fridge, washer, I'm sure we could come to an agreement upon moving in, other wise, I'll sell these things seperately in the coming weeks.

I should also note, you would also be getting around a month and a half free fast internet service as I pre-paid for 3 months but have to abruptly leave...you can just continue the service after the month and a half is up, I do have a 10k deposit on the "internet box" so throw me a ten spot and we're good.
