I'm a noob English teacher coming to Korea for the first time on October 6th for a hakwon job in Yeongcheon, about 30 minutes by train east of Daegu. If you've lived there, I'd appreciate your insight about the town, the people, etc. Their website is informative, but I want the real lowdown from someone who has been there, done that, bought the t-shirt and worn it out!
btw, this forum has been a tremendous source of information for me. Thanks to all for contributing.
