Does anyone know if you can find American football (NFL) games on T.V. in Seoul? The season starts next month and I'm hoping to catch a couple of games (Go Redskins!).

We get MNF here (Tuesdays at 7pm), and 2 games Monday morning (live) at 2am and 5 am if I'm not mistaken.

Brunell's old as dirt--hand it over to Campbell.

Yeah, the games are on AFN and occasionally I've seen one on MBC sports channel. Some weeks are hit or miss in terms of games and like Forceone said they are on in the middle of the night.

I'm going to try to tape the games and watch them. It's nice the Monday night game is carried by AFN, but even with the time difference there is a lag in terms of when the game is shown here. By then I've already found out the score online.

The NFL is completely nuts for not having an online service to show their games. I know that MLB has this and you pay somethink like $75 a season for it. I keep hoping it will happen, but I doubt it.

If you cant find a television broadcast, NFL.com provides radio broadcast of all their games. Often it's better than nothing...

Streamtv carries most of the games. Cost about 4k won a month. It's a great deal but you definitely need a very fast connection. I upgraded mine and it seems to work well. But be warned, some football games get heavily played so the stream buffers out every few minutes and you have to reload. But then what do you expect for such a cheap price? You need winamp to watch it once you have subscribed.

AFRTS has college games and NFL games in real time- in the middle of the night on Saturdays and Sundays.

just checked afn's web site...very bad news this season. They WILL NOT be showing NFL football this season on AFN Prime, they are shifting NFL coverage to AFN Sports and AFN Extra which you need an AFN dish to get

Best bets are streamtv or get somebody to get a slingbox in the states

Try the TVU Player. It's a Internet Streaming TV.

www.tvunetworks.com

It has ESPN, CBS, and ABC all of which broadcast NFL and College games in REAL time..

Thanks for the links guys!

I can't believe AFN Prime isn't going to have football games this year.

Talk about making a grown man cry! *cries*

espn. com also has a an option though its expensive to get their college game plan online, it covers games that are not nationally televised by them or abc which means no ohio st- texas (1 v 2 in the coaches poll) but their are some decent games there .

nfl.com has a radio option its like $30 for the year

you can also try cstv they have a college radio plan,

finally you can check stations that carry your favorite teams and see if they stream audio, some of them do for free so you don't have to pay the nfl or college sports for the fun (WBNS in Columbus OH had had Ohio St for free and this season 1300 AM the Zone out of AUstin will have the Dallas Cowboys) then there is Canadian stations, sometimes they put stuff out

we all need to email afn korea and find out what the deal is, they have a website afnkorea.net and get some info on why this is happening

ESPN has the season for $250. http://sports.yahoo.com/nflgamepass

A bit steep, don't you think? Somebody said there was and MLB pass for $75, not really understanding the jump in price. I might be willing to part with $150 or to opt for only one team's games at a cheaper price. No luck.

Anybody signed up for it yet?

yeah the price is crazy, its what they charge for NFL Sunday ticket in the states.

BIG difference is with Sunday ticket you are watching the games at a decent hour of the day in the states. Here who is going to drop that kind of cash when half the games are on at 2AM(3AM second half of the season)? Plus I heard that the feeds are so-so

If it was $100 I'd really think about it if the feed quality improves

Ohio State vs Texas was just online. I just watched football all night. I watched Rutgers kill Illinois, then Iowa vs Cuse and finally Texas vs OSU.
