'N.K. plans to test nukes'
North Korean leader Kim Jong-il is determined to conduct an underground test of his country's nuclear weapons and has made his intention clear to Russian and Chinese diplomats in Pyongyang, a British newspaper reported Sunday.

| Wonder if he's bold enough to test it tomorrow, September 11th, five years after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. That would raise the US's hackles and ensure widespread coverage of the testing (not that the testing won't be widely covered anyway). |

Just noticed either Real Reality's automated newspaper posting system has suffered a glitch, or that Kim Jong-il was planning the exactly the same thing five years ago.  |

| the news link is marked as 2006. Real Reality musta screwed up. I can't believe I just typed those words. Somebody needs to review his code, make a few tweaks. Anybody know where his script is hosted? |
