Hi,
One of my students (Grade 2 high school) spent the first 13 years of his life in Argentina (and one in Brazil). He is planning on going to a foreign language university after he graduates for further Spanish study. His brother is going there now.
If it means any thing, his English is superior.
How can I put this delicately? Ummmm.... I can't think of a way.
