Okay so I'm way out of rave age (I'm 29) but back in 1997-2001 it was the thing to do, oh shit has it almost been ten years no way! Anyways...I thought I'd check it out in Korea, why not? I wondered if anyone was going. Not into the drugs, just the music and dancing... so do tell, is anyone going? www.wonderland-festival.com I they will have trance, house, and ambient (i'm a trance girl myself) Oh yeah it's on Sept 16, 2006.

Hey I'm a bit of a house kid myself. Always poured scorn upon trance heads like my older brther who is near your age. I'm 22 myself. Definitly up for the Wonderland Fest. All my mates at home have just been to the electric picnic. Be wierd not going to a festival without a bag of yolks/yokes(spelling slang is diff). Have yet to meet more than handful of ppl who go clubbing wthout them on a reg basis.

Wow dont recognise any djs and have seen all the main british isles djs. Way too many mentions of the word trance here also.

edit: kinda stupid to expext british djs actually. So should be going..could be good.

I'm not there yet, but I hope to be next month.

Are there a lot of clubs in Seoul, or even other cities, that cater to the electronic music crowd? I'm not a trancey-ravey person as much as house, progressive, and downtempo in public venues. In fact, I've never been to an actual rave - I've been told I'm not missing much.

Anyway, just kinda wanted to get a feel...I'm looking forward to a city with a developed music scene...not 18 yr old kids with neon passifiers and pants made from a modified denim tablecloth spun to by some cracked out Dj in a shack.
Cool
