Sounds like you almost had enough ingredients for Korean fruit salad, so I don't see why you're complaining. |
Haha!! Excellently.
I agree that Vanislander's can't be topped. That's simply repulsive.
I can tell you about my roommate, though. He was trying to get into a fraternity on campus-- the most envied frat with the biggest parties and VIP access at clubs. So, you can guess it was hard to get into. The hazing was unreal. One of the things they had to do (9 pledges at this point) was drink a concoction that contained random old food scraps, at least 10 loads of semen, some urine, motor oil, cigarette butts, and random things like that. Added on to this, one of the guys had to wear one of those protective collars that dogs wear after they have surgery on their head. The ways its shaped, it basically catches everything. So this guy, he didn't eat the mixture, but all the other guys who did eat it were ordered to puke into his collar thing, so that he was up to his eyes in puke, literally. And he had to eat all that puke.
Probably the worst thing I've heard of anyone having to eat. |

| I really can't remember. They started with 14 or so guys and only a few made it through. That period of my life is a bit.. hazy. |

| I find it hard to believe anyone who goes to college HAS to eat such disgusting foods. My family is by no means rich, but the worst I ever ate was cafeteria food. Or...I could go out someplace not overly expensive. My cousin lived on apple sauce and crackers, but her parents made more money than mine. She was just too darned picky! If you can go to college you can eat better things than what I've seen posted here! |

This is the MOST disgusting thing I've ever heard! People say Koreans are very group-oriented. Well, who wnats to be in a frat like badly? I don't need to buy my friends and do something like this too be part of a group. I hope he had health insurance! |

Many of us didn't want to depend on our parents for support once we got to college. I lived in an apartment so I had rent to pay. I also had books to buy and part of my tuition to cover. Working part-time didn't always cover all of those expenses, much less decent meals. But by the time I was twenty I decided that I was going to pay my own way. So maybe that meant eating popcorn for days on end. That was great motivation to get a better job, budget my money better, and get done with school as soon as possible. |

Wouldn't the worst be mine, Going hungry?
Or would that not count, as it's not a meal?
In that case, I'll amend that entry: "Water, tea, cigarettes, toothpaste, air" |

| Well, since this thread has fallen off the opening page, and because it seems that most people who post here have limited attention spans, it's time to close it up. First prize (that's a case of ramyon and and all-expenses paid one week vacation in Wonju) goes to --- (drum roll please) ... VanIslander. Second prize (that would be two weeks in Wonju) goes to .....Jongno Guru. Guys, if you really want to collect, you know where to find me. I will at least buy you beers and a real meal. Cheers, all. |
