How will this work out?
The North destabilizes, the Red Chinese Army is invited in to help with security and then makes secure what history says is theirs. That would be half of North Korea.
The rest is occupied until stability is regained. This means never. After that, South Korea is declared a "break away republic" just like Taiwan.
Land will be cheap in the North, wealthy party members will move there and they will be able to provide a stable life for Northern beauties.
Will it be so bad living in China? China is a multicultural. China has the fastest growing economy in the world. China will soon rival the US as a world power. There seem to be many benefits. The Tibetans certainly are benefiting. So whats the problem? |

Are you joking? How are Tibetans benefitting? Freedom in Tibet simply doesn't exist. The cloak of the Chinese government pervades all aspects of Tibetan life. Those benefitting are the stooges put in place by the Chinese Authorities |

The Koreans, despite their endlessly annoying lack of civility, the five thousand years of history that has yet to produce a scientist or an artist worthy of world recognition, a people who are still so tribal that they can't make room for others on the sidewalk/subway/your conveyance here, while still so wired up to their latest gadget that they have no time nor inclination to actually connect with the people who live in the real world that's so close to their own, whatever their foibles, and let us count the ways, they are resilient. They've stood up the big powers (well, sometimes), and developed a culture of their own. Not to mention the food that is the envy of no one. Nonethless, as obtuse as these people are, I'd prefer to see them continue to be Koreans . There are some truly remarkable people here, and it has been my good fortune to meet some of them. It's a land of contradictions, partly truth and partly fiction. Korea has ben very very good to me. |

I've done my homework. I haven't heard that figure. On my way to work I read The IHT. On my way back I read the Herald or the other English paper, whatever it is. I've heard statistics like "vast swaths" but nothing like what you have mentioned.
So how that gov't job coming? Did they give you a nice shovel to lean on? |

The statistics collected and published by the CCP show a lot of progress after the Liberation [Sic!] of Tibet. But I think the only "Tibetans" benefiting from the current situation are the hordes of Han-Chinese immigrants. Hell, they must be more numerous than the real Tibetans by now! |

| Korea will benefit because The Han Chinese will introduce foreign semen into Korea. This will make Korea more like Canada, which is good. |
