I was running the other day and happened across a new location of Color Me Mine, the paint-your-own pottery place primarily popular in the United States. As far as I know this will be the first location in Korea. Its a pretty cool and unique date idea, and sometimes (at least in the US) they do events that involve drinking wine as well as painting. Its not open yet; it has a sign that says October 1 Grand Opening. But it definitely seems legit and not a knockoff. When I ran by there were people unboxing all the pottery.

Its located at JeongJa, exit 4. Walk north (river on your right) for about 2 minutes and at the Land Rover dealership turn left. Its immediately on your left.

In terms of single Koreans hooking up, I'm afraid the idea won't fly. Foreigners might have better luck, though, especially once alcohol is factored in.

Which begs the question: why not just try to pull at a bar?

Pros: hot gals/guys, alcohol

Cons: no pottery to paint.
