Hello everyone,
I'm a new foreigner teaching in Gongwon do. I would like to know what places I can visit where the Koreans tend to know English. Also, are there any Western bars in Chuncheon with other foreigners?
If not in Chuncheon, where in Gongwon do can one find westerners who don't dislike other westerners?
