You know that stuff they sell in Canada (or America, but I can't speak for any other country) in party stores or around Halloween? Bright colours you can spray into your hair temporarily? Does anyone know where I can find stuff like that here? I live need Dongdeamun, so anywhere around there would be great.

| There's a Halloween/party supply store near Namdaemun. If you go out the main exit/entrance by the actual Namdaemun gate and turn right, you'll come to it after a few minutes walk. First you'll pass several camera stores and a couple police uniform places. Keep going. You'll see funny hats and masks and whatnot on a table outside. |
