Lower right side has a lot of muscles down there. From what I've read, muscle twitching could be a calcium deficiency.

Could be a muscle spasm...did you do anything to strain your back?

OR

Have you had your parasite cleansing this year? Go get that little pill from the pharmacy and it will clean you out.....just make sure you're near a toilet in about 3-4 hours!

Pancreas is left side I think. Gall Bladder is right side. Liver is right side. Too much cheap Korean beer killing your liver?

if u have flank pain ..that can be liver...have a urine done and see if your BUN and creatinin levels are okay ..as a starter.
