Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. They are all the same to me.

I am very happy in Korea. I cannot tell you why.

Wrong again. In fact it's Commander Vodka. Quote:

"Highest Quality"

Also:

"Smooth"

And to concur with these facts we have:

"Distilled under supervision of our distillery masters"

So check your facts before you post on this forum.

Hello, Tfunk!

I'm glad to hear the news,
but there is a rule against expressing happiness on this forum.
Just to prepare you for the shock,
the usual penalty is to get messages like these:

■ "If you see anything good about Korea, then you are not looking deeply enough under the surface. In fact, you are a naive, gullible, fool."

■ "You can't possibly be happy here. You must be compensating. You're like a white person who shakes hands with every black person he sees."

■ "If you're better off here than you were in your own country, then you must have been a real loser in your own country."

■ "If you're loyal to Korea, then you're a traitor to your own country. You didn't give a hoot in hades what happened on nine-eleven, do you!"

■ "So you like Koreans better than you like us, huh? All right, then, reject us! See if we care!"

■ "What right do you have to be happy when we are unhappy? Don't you know there is a Law of Conservation of Happiness?"

■ "Oh! So you're happier than we are! So you must be better than we are! Well, touch you!"

I haven't heard Evil Penguin's line before.
I'll add that one the next time I post this list.

You know HomePlus has a $3 vodka. Why blow your money on $7 Commanders?

x2. ive been here almost 7 months now and im absolutely loving it. despite some initial trepidation on my part regarding leaving behind a solid $40K+/year job back in Canada, im pleased to say i have absolutely no regrets.

contrary to some of the negative threads ive read recently on this forum, ive been treated great by Korean people virtually the entire time ive been here, from employers to strangers on the street.

...and the cheap booze doesn't hurt either Very Happy

Another semi-popular one not on your list:

Great to hear positive comments. I have lived here almost nine years and am married to a Korean woman. We have two great children and love it here.

After a brief stay in the US in the next couple of years , I intend to return and retire in Korea.
