Hey, my friend is planning on coming to visit at Christmas time.
She can fly from either Vancouver (where she goes to school) or New York (where her parents live). Can anyone recommend some cheap flights or places to look?

| From Vancouver, check out www.redtag.ca - not sure what the dates of travel are, but try a few if she's got a day or two of leeway. Not sure about New York, as this is a Canadian site. |

| I recently bought my ticket home (to Chicago) for Christmas. United had the best rates, by far. I swore I'd never fly United again after my last trip home, but the difference in price made it the only option. |
