Unrepentant Serial Killer Gets Death
Chung said, "I'm not sure I feel sorry for the victims. I felt proud of killing such a large number of people."
Chung was convicted of killing 13 people and seriously injuring 20 in 24 assaults between January 2004 and April 2006. In March, he broke into a house in Bongchon-dong, Seoul where he hit the owner's three daughters with blunt objects, killing two of them.

Be interesting to know why the last of the last 8 men and 5 women were executed. I wonder what their crimes were.

Another friggin' ajosshi with a "the whole world revolves around me attitude". Except he took his to the extreme.
His excuse- if society had just done everything for me and bowed down and kissed my butt, then this wouldn't have happened.
Strap him in and light him up!

Fantastic! Blame the gov' t and society- if he knew he needed help, he could've asked for it himself. Psychopaths don't feel remorse, so it's really not surprising, actually.

In Korea he might have gotten a 5 month suspended sentence. If he was a serial murderer he would ge a 3 month suspended sentence. The justice system in this country is messed up.
