I have a small dog that needs a good home.

A Korean lady that lives near me gave him to me. I passed him everyday for two months when I walked my dog. When she stopped feeding him for days at a time I would bring him something. So he started following me arround. When the owner noticred this she offered to give him to me. I resisted for a long time but when he started to whine outside my apartment I let him in. Now his previous ownere just smiles and waves when she sees me walk him.

He's a good dog. House broken. Probably just around a year old. I would keep him but I already have a dog. However, I'm willing to pay for shots and neutering (If they'll do that here) for anyone that will take him.

I've travelled to and from Canada with my dog several times. All they need is a rabies shot at least a month before the intended date of departure.

Can you post some photos? And good on you for taking him in. I might be interested. I too have a dog but I am pretty sure he gets lonely while I am away at work all day.

I'm not sure how to post a picture on Dave's but if you send me your e-mail I have one that I can send. Or let me know how to post a pic on the forum.

Thanks for caring

This is a super cute little dog that still needs a good home. He's affectionate, non-agressive toward other dogs, and house broken. Like I said, I'll cover shots and neutering if anyone can offer him a good home. I know he's not a puppy and some people don't like that, but I don't think he's had a lot of human affection and he's ready to bond. He'll love you like only a dog that knows the worst can, because he'll appreciate how good things are.

He's small, white and brown with short hair and big ears. (My dog sheds like crazy but he doesn't seem to contribute so he may even be of a non-sheding variety) Some kind of 20 generations of mixed breeding product. Appreciates a good belly rub. Unfortunately, my dog's the jealous type and I really can't keep him.

If anyone has a little bit of room in their heart and their home message me.

Hi grainger,

I just wanted to wish you luck finding a home for your dog. I'm in exactly the same situation as you, almost the same story!, but my foster dog needs about a few more weeks of medicine and adjustment to indoors before I can try to adopt her out. My own dog is not overly pleased yet.

To post a photo here of your dog, you should try http://imageshack.us/ if you haven't already. Upload your photo from your computer, click "host it", then copy the code they give you and paste it into your post. It's free.

I think posting a photo will help the adopting process. Good luck!

Karen

How small and how active is he? Wold he be comfortable in one of those all-one-room apartments?

I still haven't been able to find Pete a home. A few maybes but nothing you could hang your hat on. I've taken him to the vet for his first round of shots and he's been certified healthy and pest free. I haven't had any problems with him behaviourally either. He's a good dog.
