Ok I was puttering around my apartment about 3 minutes ago. I realized I was humming a Christina Aguileria song. It shocked me. I can't stand her music. I only listened to it to see maybe my hogwan kiddies might like it. Now I can't stop humming it. I am humming it right now. I HATE IT.

Please.. help..... ME>>>> make it STOP!!!

Why don't you start humming another song to drown it out?

the "frosted lucky charms" song is great... you hum it 2-3 times, your other song leaves...

or, just watch this video 20 times.

LOL...lately I noticed that I have been hearing the music to TV commercials and thinking of the product. Even in the shower the other day, the tune with some (clothing?) product called Emboli was on the box, and I said Emboli to myself...swing open the shower door and tere it is on the TV...noooo!

Also - I have taken a musical liking to ...not sure if I wish to admit it...Justin Timberlake...I usually follow hiphop/reggae/dub/ska etc...but I've found some of his tunes...catchy...oh no, I feel a mid-life crisis coming on at 27!

In retrospect I suppose laying my head on a speaker and blasting Aerosmith at full volume was a really bad idea. Now I can't hear myself hum out of my left ear.

Confused

Well now hold on...

If I can't hear myself hum... then... Ohhhh now that is brilliant!

I have been having a similar experience.
These past two weeks I have been singing various church hymns. I don't go to church and haven't been for years, but these words just keep coming out of my mouth!!

I get advertisement jingles in my head. I wish it was the lucky charms tune. Instead, it's the same song over and over again- the song from that bottled green tea ad- it's been months now. You know the one where the girl goes around passing out bottles of tea to people who are down, or sapped of energy, and gets the heavy ajumma in the elevator to shake her a s s ? That's the one~

I get the song they play at e-mart stuck in my head. The "Happy, happy e-mart" e-mart song. When I had a dog, I used to sing it to him, and instead of saying e-mart, I changed it to his name. He's no longer with me, but I still sing that song with his name... Happy, happy jjuguli^^
