I have a Garmin GPS
bought in Canada, installed is the North American software.
Now that I am heading to the ROK, I wonder if anyone has a GPS and Korean software installed on a unit bought in North America?
I have heard that GPS units from N.A. cannot display hangul and vice-versa, but am I right? |

It really depends on the functionality of your GPS. But I doubt it.
I don't think there is a fully international, all the world, multi-language font, GPS on the market. That would take massive amounts of research and programming by the company. They would just never do it for budget reasons. |
