Anyway, thank all of you again for the support and suggestions. Tomorrow, we're meeting the director and presenting him with his options. Wish us luck. |
Good luck!
I really hope it all goes well for you tomorrow and good on you (and your co-workers) for trying to deal with this cretin. The beauty of safety in numbers. I'm sure you'll get the outcome you want.

Well, we went to the director and explained our decision to him. We told him that the work environment was intolerable because of this teacher and we were all leaving in one month if something wasn't done immediately. He basically told us that we couldn't tell him what to do, he was the boss and we weren't going anywhere since we had signed a contract. When we reminded him of the one-month notice clause, he simply denied that it existed. Surprise!
One day has passed and we're all still in agreement to carry this threat through. I guess the work enviroment really is unbearable! Others in our group are making preparations to contact the labor board if the director doesn't honor our contract or pay us.
The amazing thing is that the director would sacrifice all these teachers for only one! |

Man, that's awful, there's no closure! What happened to the pervert? Did the group of teachers quit? Is this story real? |
