For ajummas, I would figure, but for the younger generation? I don't see too many girls squatting here- mostly older people. Anyway, I don't see women in their panties too often, so some of you would know better than I... I did see an ajumma at a kalbi restuarant Tues. night who had her girdle exposed most of the night with a too short shirt and too low jeans... |

You can just tell. A lot of chicks wear clothing that shows the panty line or whatever it's called. Said garments are usually not so flattering. |

And don't forget the bullet-proof bras! Some are made of a kevlar blend, I'm sure. |

My American friend got very chummy with her Korean sisters. I think they really liked how open she was about many topics. She was telling them about thong underwear. They were like "oh my god but doesn't it feel weird running up your crack?" Her response was "well, I figure it's going to get bunched up there anyway, so why not?" |

Why do yo think they wear "granny panties" anyways? Do you think it's really a personal prefernce? I've always wondered if maybe it's because a lot of young Korean girls typically live at home until they get married. I guess they just don't want daddy to see the g-string hanging on the clothes line. |

Not that I'ma big fan of granny panties....not really a big fan of thongseitehr...but for the most part....all the people I've asked say granny panties are comfortable. My mom said she started wearing them when she was pregnant and after that didn't stop cause she liked how comfortable they were.......god help me I don't want that. |

Lee Hyo-ri (효리) might change that in the near future.

Okay Ladies,
have you ever tried to go underwear shopping in Korea. I don't know about Seoul, but I sure haven't seen any thongs on display a E-mart. Until La Sensa moves into the country I don't think most women are even going to know it's an option. |

There's a boutique in Gangnam, 'Bu I think it's called, that sells some pretty nifty stuff. Or so the shop's window leads me to believe.
Personally, I kinda prefer "those old school, cute regular drawers" with the sheer white cotton, V-front, and (lower case) W-back.
Cold shower time. |

How easily do they come off? I'm not sure what other relevant concerns there are from our end of the bargain. |
