My girlfriend is coming to the States from Korea. She is only staying for one month. She recently got her visa without much trouble.

EXCEPT - there are 2 conditions which are rather irritating. There is an annotation which reads PACKAGE TOUR TO WEST COAST.

She is visiting me in Albuquerque, NM which is not on the West Coast.

Also, she never had any intent of traveling on a package tour. I know this is how they do things in Korea quite often, but it seems like immigration just didn't really listen to her.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any way to get around it? Can she come to the States on a package tour and then fly solo to Albuquerque?

Any info would be a big help.
