Can you get a re-entry permit from the Daegu airport? (travelling internationally).
If not, what is the process for getting a new visa (mid contract) upon return to Korea??? Same as if applying for a new job? |

You have an E-2 and you want to leave the country. You think your visa will expire if you leave from Deagu?
Your visa should be good if leave and return. Thats never a problem. |

The visa will be cancelled if it's a single-entry and the holder leaves the country. The OP should visit an immigration office and get a multiple-entry stamp if he/she doesn't have one already. |

Thanks for your reply....
I know that your visa will expire when you leave the country, but I heard you can visit immigration and get a multiple entry visa at Incheon airport before you leave the country, and I was wondering if you can do this at Daegu airport???
(We fly out today - I got my multi entry visa months ago because I went home between contracts but my friend doesnt have one) |

Your friend should be able to pick up a single re-entry permit at the airport. Friend needs to do this before check-in, at the airport immigration office. Good luck. |
