Jim Carrey has tacky tastes, for one. He also hasn't been in a good movie since Man on the Moon. Now that 'Jack Tripper' has died, he hopes he'll get the same reviews with that movie. |

Jim Carrey hasn't been in a good movie, period. The guy stinks as an actor. |

i don't think the main joke will work anymore -- i mean, it was about Jack faking he's gay so he could live with the girls, wasn't it?... and then there's that crazy sexual tension! and Larry. and the Regal Beagle.
my UK boyfriend has never seen Three's Company. it wasn't exported? |

Maybe if they set it in the Bible Belt...

It was actually based on a British show. Can't remember the name it went by there. |

I don't think people remember that John Ritter's dead anymore.
If people can stomach 9/11 movies, this one won't raise any eyebrows. |

That was my favorite show as a kid. Everyday my mom would tell me "I don't like you watching that show. It's for adults." I couldn't figure out exactly why....until I saw it a few years ago..... |

"Three's Company" was based on the british series "Man About the House"
A couple years ago Carrey's name was associated with a film version of "The Six Million Dollar Man" but in this case, 6 million doesn't go as far as it used to so he has parts that don't work. I thought it would have been appropriate...
nothing ever came of that though.
