Why not just go to your local post office and get them to express deliver it, usually next day.

Just address it correctly (get someone to write it in Korean):

Embassy of Vietnam in Korea
28-58, Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu
Seoul, South Korea
TP: 02-738-2318 FAX: 02-739-2064

Make sure you write your name (and your school name) and phone number on it and include a stamped self-addressed return envelope.

This response may be less than unhelpful, but I'll post anyway.

I called the embassy to ask about this and they refered me to a travel agent (Kim Sung Rim - [email protected]) to whom I should mail my visa. I spoke with him, mailed him my passport and put 60k in his account. However, I expected to get my visa by now and haven't heard from him since. Will post again when I figure out what's going on.

Got my passport with visa back less than 2 weeks later. Easy and not expensive.
