I have noticed that all of my bad experiences with korean men (numerous in only 4 months) have been when i am in the presence of men that sport that timeless Kim Jong haircut. (complete lack of any hair until halfway up the head then a bowl shaped mound to top it off)

My question is, what comes first? the haircut or the attitude?
And is this the korean version of a skinhead underground movement?
Shocked

Are you talking about this 깍두기 (Kak-doo-ki) hairdo?

There's this stereotype in Korea that guys with 깍두기 hairstyle and dirty looks might be 조폭(organized gangsters).
