To all the hockey fans, it looks like SBS sports is gonna be showing some hockey this year.
I watched Colorado and Dallas last night. I was blown away - there wasn't even a Korean player involved. The rest of the week will just re repeats of that game, but the announcers did say they would be showing more throughout the year. |

It's about time. I've been deprived of hockey for so many years, I don't even know who the players are (well, except for Sidney Crosby, but that's only because my father knows him and his dad. He says he's a very nice kid, smart and unpretentious.)
Korea's got what, two professional teams and a few university teams? It's obviously a sport that's catching on here. When you think about it, hockey seems like a logical winter sport for them. Koreans like skating and the speed and teamplay of soccer, after all. |

Either hockey or bandy at least.
Is there Korean commentary over the game? Or are they just repeating the stream from OLN/NBC? |

Korean commentary
This week: Vancouver vs. San Jose Tuesday at noon, plus repeats |
